Kathy Lambert founded Broadmoor Property Management in Memphis in 2003. Two decades later we're still family-owned, still local, and still answering the phone.
How it started
Founded in 2003 by Kathy Lambert
Broadmoor started in 2003 with Kathy Lambert and a few rental units in Memphis. The idea was simple: treat owners' properties like an investment, treat residents like neighbors, and always pick up the phone.
Word got around. Owners told other owners, and the portfolio grew one property at a time to more than 1,100 units across the Memphis area today.
