Good to know before your visit
Do you charge extra for matted coats?
Only if the coat is different from what you described when booking. If we find heavy matting, the groomer calls you before doing anything extra and explains the options. Sometimes a short “fresh start” cut is kinder than a long de-matting session.
What vaccinations does my dog need?
Current rabies vaccination is required, and we’ll ask to see proof at the trailer. Because your dog is groomed alone, there’s no contact with other dogs.
How does booking work?

No. The trailer carries its own fresh water, heated tub, and power, so we only need a flat spot to park near your home.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before your window. Later cancellations are $40, and a no-show is the travel fee plus $40.
How do I pay?
Card or cash at the trailer when the groom is done, for the total we confirmed.
